Privacy notice
What happens to the details you send us through this website.
Who we are
This website is run by JW & Sons Roofing and Building Ltd (company number 16833851, registered office Unit 5, Southgate, White Lund Industrial Estate, Morecambe, LA3 3PB), trading as JW & Sons Roofing Ltd. You can reach us at jwsonsroofing@outlook.com or on 07886 007762.
What we collect
When you send the enquiry form we receive what you type into it: your name, your phone number and, if you choose to give them, your email address, town or postcode and a description of the work. The email also records the date and time, the page you sent it from and your IP address, which helps us deal with spam.
What we use it for
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to quote for and carry out the work. We do not use your details for marketing and we do not sell or share them.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is delivered by email to us. A copy also goes to the company that looks after this website, so that they can check the form is working. Our email and website hosting providers process the message on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to deal with your request. If you become a customer we keep job records for as long as we need them for guarantees, tax and insurance.
